Poor quality

Chucks Roadhouse - Poor quality
Chucks Roadhouse - Poor quality
Hello my family and I ordered take out from your Wallaceburg Ontario location this evening, I ordered online as we just had twin babys and were unable to dine in as per our usual. My order was said to be ready for pick up at 6:51pm may 15/2023 When I arrived at that time my meal was waiting for pick up when I returned home I noticed that 2 cans of pop were missing that were paid for, then I unboxed our meal to find that our spinach dip only had 5 or 6 pieces of flat bread and the portion size of the dip was much smaller than if ordered at the table,as we always order this dish. I ordered the big chuck burger and found it was poorly put together with minimal toppings and tiny tomatos. Then we started to eat to find that it was barely even warm to the touch. I am very disposed and feel that after spending 83.43 that a burger across the street at Wendys surly would have been a better quality meal than what was received tonight, Chucks has certainly lost our business moving forward I was also not provided with a store receipt and just the online order version. Im shocked as a take out customer spending this kind of money at a local pub and the quality of our order Ive had bad service before and I never complain but this is a bit much ! Regards Brandon Kool

Leadership and Customer Service at Chucks Roadhouse, My family have been customers at multiple chucks restaurants in Cambridge Ontario. My family visits the Chucks Roadhouse in Kitchener off King Street on a weekly basis at minimum, due to the staff courtesy and excellent service we receive. One major item of concern is that the soup offering for the restaurants is limited to October 1st to March 31 only. There is not even one choice of soup such as soups offered of potatoes bacon, beef barley, tomato bisque or vegetable minestrone soups during the time period of April to October 1. As someone who has a soup each time and specifically asks for it, I would be less likely to continue a weekly visit to Chucks Roadhouse during periods when soup is not offered. Another reason is our little one loves the soups each time they are at Chucks. Now our typical bill averages $80 per week inclusive of a 20% tip. Your competition like State and Main features at minimum 1 soup as does St. Louis Bar and Grill which are close proximity to the two Chucks restaurants in Cambridge. If you couldn't get a normal item you order at a restaurant would you not consider skipping said locations. Even you restaurant doesn't know why you don't offer soup all year round. I understand you may want to limit choices due to material availability but no options for over 6 months is an issue. My family would appreciate, as would many customers who ask to keep a soup option on the menu, that Chucks would offer us a soup choice year round. We are disapointed soup is not offered year round This could help utilize fresh local grown produce. Hard to have a soup and sandwich option on your menus when Chucks Roadhouse has no soup option. I was told to communicate my concern to head office in hopes you would listen to customers. At the end of the day it is a business decision. Please bring soup back again and not limit it as you do now. Or my family and i will reduce visits to Chucks... Thanks Rick Bedi Cambridge, Ontario

It’s not ridiculous. If it was profitable for them, they would keep it. It’s not rocket science.

So you would loose on a regular weekly customer because you remove items due Tom a loss on one item. How is it your competition does not
